Chili sauce

dried basil

Plum Sauce
·
1 to 2 eggs (beaten)
·
1 to 1/2 cups of breadcrumbs
·
dried oregano
Instructions:
1.
Thawing bangus milkfish back
fillets and cut into sticks or fingers. If you purchase fillets with the skin
still on, then you can include the skin if desired, however you can also remove
it.
2.
Marinate the fillets with pepper
and salt for few minutes to make sure that the seasonings absorbed by the fish
perfectly.

Dredge the milkfish bangus
fingers in all purpose flour and then dip them completely in beaten egg. And
cover the fish fingers with the breadcrumbs which have been seasoned with dried
oregano and basil.

Pre heat the frying pan and add
